Everyone from the front desk to the sales is wonderful and so friendly. The Service staff is the best I have ever experienced. They will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, they explain what work needs to be done and why, and they do a wonderful job. They have truly been lifesavers.

I went to the new dealership for an inspection, but no other service on my 2016 Traverse.. I still need an oil change in about 1,000 miles and Thornton is my go to place.
While they were starting to work on my car, I was given a tour of the new facility. It is well organized and has plenty of comfortable seats in the waiting area with television, drinks, etc.
