I realize that no doctors office is perfect but having come from an office that was dirty, run down, and understaffed, this was a nice change. I've been going here now for approximately 5 years, and even with all my medical issues they have been able to quickly and efficiently take care of me whenever something comes up. There is almost no wait times, everyone is always friendly and patient, and they are more then happy to answer any questions you may have.
Completely unprofessional staff. I took off work for an appointment that was cancelled about an hour prior due to the fact that I was seen by another Wellspan practice last year. "We're not accepting new patients". Funny, I've been going there for years and God forbid you need to see a doctor when you're out of the area. No apologies, just excuses. Not to mention it was actually implied that I was lying about speaking with someone who told me since I was an established patient I could make an appointment. Stay away from this place!
Not a friendly place! You have trouble getting your meds omg please don't call for them on a Friday because they say your in violation really wellspan just maybe we had enough to last the weekend and need them Monday, Tuesday what ever the case may be you have no right to treat your patient the way you all do shame on you
Not happy here at all since Dr Wolfe left the practice. Ive been helped by a couple different providers (Dr / Nurse Practitioner) and really not happy. Hayshire is about the same distance and seems to be higher rated.
I've been going here since I was baby, now bring my kids here..Recently decided to switch practices. I seen some other reviews complaining about the same problem I'm having..We come for medical care. Not for rude comments or judgement. "Sounds like you've got a lot going on that isnt so great".
Sounds like you should have picked a different career!
